The Saudi Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the end of the deadline for the first physical registration of real estate in 4 neighborhoods in Riyadh and 13 neighborhoods in Diriyah Governorate, Invest-Gate reports.

REGA urged property owners located within these areas in Riyadh and Diriyah Governorate to register their properties promptly through the real estate registry platform “rer.sa” before the end of the registration period, in order to benefit from the services for executing real estate transactions.
