Saudi Arabia is set to host its largest-ever electronic real estate auction, featuring 103 properties across six different areas, Invest-Gate reports.

The auction, organized by Al-Joud for Development and Real Estate Investment, includes a diverse range of properties, from residential and commercial to agricultural, providing a variety of investment options.

35 properties will be available in Riyadh, including 5 plots in Al-Ammariyah, 2 plots in Dhahrat Al Awdah in Diriyah, and 28 plots in Urayd.

Additionally, 9 properties from the Eastern Province will be featured, including 3 residential plots in the Corniche district of Khobar, a residential plot in the Aziziyah district, a residential villa in the Rakah district, a residential villa in the Western Beach district, and 3 residential plots in the Fursan district of Dammam.

It is worth mentioning that the auction will also include 34 properties in Al Madinah. This will feature 8 residential and commercial plots in the Al-Mubaath neighborhood, 2 residential-commercial plots in the Durrat Al-Malik Fahd neighborhood, 2 residential-commercial plots northeast of Al-Duwaikhla, 1 residential plot in the Al-Aqoul neighborhood (B), 1 residential-commercial plot in the East Medina neighborhood (A), 2 residential plots in the Ain Al-Khaif neighborhood, 2 residential plots in the Al-Arid neighborhood, 1 plot in the Al-Mubayith neighborhood in Jaz’ Al-Arid, 1 residential plot in the Shuran neighborhood (A), 4 residential plots in the Al-Difaa neighborhood in Abiar Ali, 4 residential plots in the Al-Gharra neighborhood in the Al-Manahil area, and 6 apartments in the Al-Aziziyah neighborhood.

The auction will also feature 20 real estate items in Al Qassim city and is set to take place on Saturday, December 14.
