Saudi Arabia’s Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announces the organization of 33 in-person and online auctions to sell and liquidate 391 residential and commercial properties across 12 regions in Saudi Arabia during July 2024, Invest-Gate reports.

Infath detailed that the auctions will occur in various regions: 11 auctions in Riyadh will offer 156 properties, six auctions in Makkah will showcase 60 properties, and one auction in Madinah will showcase 15 properties. Additionally, there will be three auctions in Qassim presenting 75 properties, one auction in Al-Jawf with 11 properties, one auction in the Northern Borders with three properties, one auction in Tabuk with five properties, one auction in Asir featuring 13 properties, and five auctions in the Eastern Province displaying 43 properties.

Other auctions include one in Jazan with five properties, one in Najran with two properties, and one in Al-Baha with three properties.

Enfath is an independent government center, part of the National Transformation Program under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The center delegates liquidation and sales activities to specialized private sector entities and oversees the liquidation of assets, including real estate, movable properties, and estates assigned by judicial authorities, the private sector, and individuals. This initiative aims to expedite the settlement of rights and ensure beneficiary satisfaction.
