The Real Estate General Authority has announced that the deadline for the first phase of property registration in 58 neighborhoods across Riyadh, Al-Muzahimiyah, and Al-Diriyah will end this Thursday, Invest-Gate reports.

In Riyadh, the registration deadline applies to 22 neighborhoods, including Arid, Wadi Laban, King Abdullah City for Energy, Al-Wisam, Al-Sahab, Al-Marjan, Al-Bashaer, Al-Iskan, Al-Bariya, the New Industrial City, and others.

In Al-Muzahimiyah, 25 neighborhoods must complete their registration, including Waseela, Nawara, Granada, Tuwaik, Shukhaib, Hadar, Al-Yasmeen, Al-Wurood, Al-Waha, Al-Hada, Al-Marooj, and more.

Meanwhile, 11 neighborhoods in Al-Diriyah are also included, such as Al-Shuhada, Aqraba, Salam, Al-Wadi, Al-Adl, Najd, Al-Ain, Al-Waseel, Prince Sultan, and Al-Waha.

The authority urged property owners in these neighborhoods to register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform (rer.sa) before the deadline. This ensures access to property transaction services and proper documentation of ownership changes.
