Mohamed Al-Taher, CEO of the Saudi Egyptian Developers, reveals that the company has achieved sales of EGP 12 bn in 2022, despite all the challenges that faced the real estate sector during the year, as a result of the global inflation crisis, the change in the exchange rate, and the disruption in supply chains, Invest-Gate reports.
Al-Taher emphasizes that these numbers reflect customers’ confidence in the company, which launches more than 50 real estate projects including 23,764 residential, commercial, and administrative units in various governorates, which helps the company rank among the top 10 companies in the market in terms of sales in 2022.
He points out that the company pumped EGP 1.3 bn in new investments in 2022, adding that it is currently working on establishing and developing 7 projects including 5,000 residential, administrative, and commercial units.
The company is preparing the inauguration of the Hilton Hotel in the Nile Pearl project soon.
Al-Taher says that in 2022, Saudi Egyptian Developers delivered 530 units, alongside the first and second phases of the Jayd project
The company also launched its 50th project, Central, as the latest administrative commercial project in the heart of New Cairo.
