Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) has announced the launch of its latest real estate project, “Tierra,” marking a new milestone in the evolution of integrated residential communities in New Cairo. Blending nature with modern architectural design, Tierra reflects SED’s five decades of experience and its commitment to developing sustainable, high-quality urban communities, Invest-Gate reports.
Spanning 104 acres in the heart of the Sixth Settlement, Tierra enjoys a prime location near Teseen Street, Ain Sokhna and Suez Roads, and the Middle Ring Road, just ten minutes from the American University in Cairo. The project’s name, derived from the Spanish word for “land,” mirrors its design concept — inspired by the shape of the site itself, allowing architects to harmonize buildings, open spaces, and greenery for a balanced living environment.
Tierra features a diverse mix of residential apartments (89–149 m²) and luxury villas — including standalone, twin, and townhouses (260–325 m²). Buyers can choose between flexible payment plans of 5% down payment with up to 8 years of installments, or 10% down payment with up to 10 years of installments, catering to both homeowners and investors.
