Saudi Egyptian Developers to Launch 2nd Phase of Arabesque Project

Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) has announced the upcoming launch of the second phase of the Arabesque project, situated near the Museum of Civilization in the Sur Magra El-Oyoun area, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Mohamed El-Taher, CEO of SED, highlighted the overwhelming response to the first phase of the project, which saw all units sold out within just two days.

He further explained that the second phase, set to be launched on Sunday, will feature 340 housing units of various sizes distributed across 13 buildings. These buildings boast a unique architectural character and distinct urban facades, combining classical design with modern touches, showcasing the art of arabesque.

El-Taher emphasized that SED is responsible for marketing, sales, and customer service for the Arabesque project under the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). He confirmed that all units in the project have been completed, with the second phase expected to be fully finished within the current year.

El-Taher stressed that the Arabesque project presents an excellent investment opportunity for those seeking residential or commercial units in this distinguished region.

Moreover, the area has witnessed significant government interest and major development works, resulting in a remarkable leap and unprecedented growth across all aspects. The project’s location near the National Museum of Civilization, its views of Fustat Park, the Citadel of Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi, and the Muhammad Ali Mosque, along with its multiple outlets connecting to various road networks and axes throughout the capital, further enhance its appeal.
