Saudi Real Estate General Authority Grants Licenses to 28 Electronic Real Estate Platforms

The Saudi Real Estate General Authority has granted licenses to 28 electronic real estate platforms under the FAL Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing License, Invest-Gate reports.

These platforms fulfilled the necessary requirements and conditions for obtaining the license and established a technical connection with the authority.

The authority emphasized its ongoing efforts to establish technical connections with more real estate platforms. Obtaining a license and establishing a technical connection ensures that platforms comply with the authority’s requirements. This, in turn, enhances the efficiency and quality of data in the Saudi Arabian real estate sector and ensures the reliability of advertisements.

Licensed platforms are linked with the national access portal. The authority also stated that unlicensed platforms will face penalties and violations.

The FAL Real Estate License serves as the official authorization for individuals and establishments to engage in brokerage activities and provide real estate services outlined in the real estate brokerage system.

The system aims to regulate the real estate brokerage sector, introduce innovative and high-quality real estate services to beneficiaries, enhance the quality of real estate transactions, support real estate brokers and beneficiaries, contribute to the sustainability of real estate assets, reduce disputes, safeguard the rights of stakeholders, and increase transparency in the real estate market.
