Saudi’s KHC Sells 90% Stake in Four Seasons Langkawi

Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) announced on September 17 it sold a majority stake in a Malaysian hotel, Invest-Gate reports

Chaired by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, KHC sold its 90% interest in the Four Seasons Resort in Malaysia’s Langkawi to Leisure Ventures, an affiliate of Singapore’s Hotel Properties Limited (HPL).

Leisure Ventures paid USD 90 mn worth of aggregate gross consideration for the 90% interest of KHC and the 10% interest of EHC International.
