Also, the partnership between Schneider Electric and Enactus aims to empower 108,000 young people to support their local communities, foster innovation, and acquire the skills needed for a just energy transition.

Schneider Electric believes in investing in future generations as part of its six long-term sustainability commitments, which include climate, resources, trust, equality, generations, and local partnerships. The energy sector is rapidly growing and evolving, projected to create approximately 139 million jobs by 2030, necessitating a qualified workforce.

Schneider Electric supports youth education and entrepreneurship programs in collaboration with Enactus through the “New Skills for Future Innovation” initiative.
