Schneider Electric signs a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Arabia’s Radix Development, a subsidiary of Mowfak Holding, for the smart management of buildings in the Agile Business Complex and Ray Residence projects, Invest-Gate reports.
The scope of Schneider Electric’s work under the MoU includes the supply of transformers, medium-voltage circuit breakers, low-voltage electrical panels, an integrated building management system, a data center, sensors, smart meters, a central system for batteries, charging points for electric vehicles, an AC rectifier, a solar power generation system, and an integrated fire alarm system.
Schneider also provides EcoStruxure digital platform solutions that controls all these systems and components to reach the highest levels of operational efficiency for real estate assets and sub-systems within the project.
Agile Business Complex project is a mixed-use business complex that includes administrative and commercial components, in addition to an integrated package of state-of-the-art medical clinics.
