Scope International, a subsidiary of the Saudi Al-Suwailem Holding Group, partners with major local and international consulting companies to implement and supervise the Mokattam Corniche development, Invest-Gate Reports.

Alaa Khader, managing director of Scope International, says that the company cooperates with major local and international consulting companies to benefit from their expertise and offer a distinct product that suits local and international standards.

Additionally, the company cooperates with Active Brains Consulting Group, headed by Dr. Sherif Abdel Baqi, who has a long experience in soil studies in terms of geological, geophysical, and geotechnical aspects, especially in Mokattam in order to use soil during and after implementing the project. The company also cooperates with an international company in the field of Urban Planning.

Khader reveals that Scope International cooperates with ICE, headed by Dr. Osama Aqeel. ICE is specialized in traffic and road consulting. This refers to the company’s keenness to ensure traffic liquidity during and after the project and design a road network that suits the project’s size.

Khader explains that in light of the political leadership’s interest in the environment, the company took action to mitigate the environmental impacts and create a healthy environment for the population. Thus, the company cooperates with Tawfiq Office specialized in providing environmental consultancy.

Moreover, Scope International has signed a management contract with Hill International for the Mokattam Corniche development. The company also partners with El Nasr Housing and Development Company, a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Construction and Development of the Ministry of Public Business Sector.

The Mokattam Corniche is a mixed-use project that features two main parts. The first is the Mokattam Corniche, and it is an entertainment, commercial, and hotel area with an area of ​​1.3 mn sqm. The second part is a full-service residential complex that spans over ​​750,000 sqm in Al Hadaba Al Wosta. This part features educational, sports, and entertainment activities at international levels that meet the desire of its residents.
