Sinai Development Authority (SDA) is developing projects in Suez governorate worth EGP 220 million, announced Mohamed Al Saka, SDA President, reported Al Mal News.
A total of 1,128 units were developed in Arab Al Dabour in Alshohada City in Ataqa District as part of the social housing scheme, according to Al Watan News.
Currently, the SDA is working on improving the efficiency of the road referred to as Companies Road which links Suez to Cairo and Ain Sokhna, at a cost of EGP 30 million. The work is expected to be completed by February of 2017.
A few projects were delivered recently. The first project was aimed at improving road efficiency of Nasser Road at a cost of EGP 15 million. The second project included the delivery of primary solar powered lighting in Mohamed Hamam Road at a cost of EGP 2.5 million. Another project delivered was the rehabilitation project of Suez Development building at a cost of EGP 2.5 million.
