Reservation Starts at SECON’s Bleu Vert in NAC

The Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON), an equally owned company by both Saudi and Egyptian governments, said clients can start reserving units at its new project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Bleu Vert, as of July 10, Invest-Gate reports.

With investments hitting EGP 10 bn, the luxury residential project covers 70 acres in one of the prime locations in NAC, east Cairo, comprising 2,000 spacious units that range from apartments and duplexes to twin houses, townhouses, and standalone villas, Head of Sales at SECON Mohamed Abdel Hafez revealed in a released statement on July 8.

In addition, Bleu Vert encompasses an array of commercial and recreational services that is characterized by its distinct ideas, catering to the needs and demands of residents and visitors alike, Abdel Hafez noted.

On his part, Mohamed Eltaher, the company’s CEO, revealed that SECON had obtained the project’s plot during the government’s initial land offering in NAC and was deemed one of the very first developers to apply for a distinctive spot such as Bleu Vert’s.

SECON believes in the feasibility of investing in NAC as a mega national project and the necessity of expanding and developing projects in the city’s most attractive areas as part of its expansion strategy in the Egyptian market, Eltaher elaborated.

Currently, the company has pumped whopping investments into New Cairo, building a 68-acre integrated residential project in the new city, in addition to more developments in Upper Egypt, particularly New Assiut and New Damietta, with 13.5- and 17.7-acre compounds in both areas, respectively, the CEO explained.
