The Saudi-Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) has signed with Hilton Worldwide, an agreement of managing a 4 star hotel in New Damietta City, as part of SECON Resort project, an investments worth EGP 120 million, Al Mal reported.
A comprehensive plan has been laid, start of 2016, targeting developing the company’s lands, CEO Darwish Hassanein said.
The hotel is being established within Secon Resort, which spans over 17.7 acres, he added, pointing out that the project helps shed a light on the coastal city of New Damietta, which would attract further investments.
The Saudi-Egyptian alliance has been focusing on expanding its portfolio in Egypt in general and Upper Egypt in particular. The company announced in 2014 a 40% growth to 2013.
