The Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) says it signed an integrated design contract with Distance Studio Consultants (DSC) for a development project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The company will submit a request to the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company on November 1 to get a ministerial approval for the 70-acre project.

The project’s construction is expected to begin in January 2018, according to a company statement.

SECON plans to pump initial investments worth EGP 4 bn in the project, Al-Ahram news website quotes the company’s CEO Darwish Hassanain as saying.
