Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) has announced plans to start implementing a new residential project named Bleu Vert in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) during the second half of 2019, Invest-Gate reports.
The company plans to commence marketing the new compound in H1 2019, CEO of SECON Darwish Hassanin exclusively revealed to Invest-Gate, noting that the project will be developed over the course of four years and over three phases at an investment value of EGP 6 bn.
In addition, the CEO confirmed that the company has obtained the ministerial approval of Bleu Vert’s master plan.
Bleu Vert project spans over 70 acres and comprises 158 buildings, including apartments, villas, twin houses, and townhouses.
Meanwhile, Hassanin also unveiled that SECON has directed investments worth EGP 4 bn in its projects in 2018, highlighting that the property developer has recently launched a new tourist residential project in New Mansoura across 17.5 acres, adding up to its multiple projects located in different new cities.
