Urban Communities Authority (UCA) is to launch the second phase of Dar Misr project soon, featuring middle-income housing, Alborsa reported reported.
According to the news website, UCA has finished preparing the second phase of service lands in “Dar Misr” project for middle-income housing over 59 land plots prepared for the project; and has designated the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector in the UCA to decide on the final number of land plots that will actually comprise the residential project.
The first phase of the project included 15 land plots for housing and was sold at EGP 289 mn out of a total 44 land plots, ranging from 935 to 93 thousand square-meters for services and investment activities in Dar Misr across eight cities.
