Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) signs a contract with Redcon Construction worth EGP 420 mn to implement the construction works of Bleu Vert project, which is located in the center of the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.
The SED headquarters in the 5th Settlement witnessed the signing ceremony, which was attended by SED’s CEO Mohamed El Taher, and Tarek El-Gamal, chairman of Redcon Construction.
For his part, El Taher states that the contract aims for Redcon to implement the construction works for phase I of the project, with an investment value of EGP 4 bn, pointing out that the construction works include Twin Villa and Town Villa in addition to the different areas’ apartments.
It is noteworthy that the Bleu Vert project is located in the new administrative capital on an area of 294,000 sqm, and characterized by large green spaces, and many facilities such as a club and a commercial center, besides all services that guarantee luxury and quiet life.
