Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) said the third phase its residential project in east Cairo, called “Jayd New Cairo,” is scheduled for launch on October 4, Invest-Gate reports.

For the first time in New Cairo, semi-finished residences will be offered at EGP 14,500 per square meter, with potential buyers provided with flexible payment plans of up to eight years, according to SED’s recent press release.

Set for delivery within two and a half years, residential units come with various areas, ranging from 120 to 210 square meters, the statement added.

Spreading over 68 acres, in close proximity to Rehab City, Jayd New Cairo incorporates 120 apartment buildings (1,900 fully-finished apartments), each of which includes a basement, ground floor, and four typical stories.

This comes together with the provision of a fully-fledged clubhouse, a shopping mall, a nursery, and a mosque, according to a previous statement.
