SEGMENTS 4 Development has announced the launch of its first major real estate project, 9INTh Hub Mall, To mark the beginning of the strategic cooperation between Segment and SAMCO, one of Egypt’s leading first-category contracting firms, Invest-Gate reports.

The project marks the beginning of a strategic alliance between the two companies, with a planned investment exceeding EGP 20 bn over 2025 and 2026.

Eng. Abdel Rahman Abdelgayed, Chairman and Founder of SEGMENTS 4 Development, described the mall as a strong debut that reflects the company’s ambitious vision and deep market expertise.

Located in the heart of 6th of October City, the mall sits on the central axis, directly in front of the monorail station and next to the Chill Out gas station. It serves the Ninth District and nearby residential expansions, offering access to key destinations including El Hosary Square, Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, and 6th of October Club.

Eng. Yasser Raslan, Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Segment 4, said the alliance between SAMCO and Segment  brings together top execution capabilities with a modern development vision.

Abdelrahman Ashraf, Chief Commercial Officer at Segment 4, said 9INTh Hub Mall is the first in the company’s land portfolio, which includes over seven plots in different areas. He noted the mall comprises six towers with commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel components, offering flexible unit sizes and payment plans of up to 12 years.

Samir Abdel Moneim, Head of Sales at Segment 4, added that the company plans to launch a range of ready-for-delivery residential and commercial projects tailored to clients seeking immediate ownership with flexible payment options.
