Dubai-based real estate developer Select Group has commenced the delivery of its second luxury tower in Dubai, The Residences at Marina Gate II, Invest-Gate reports.

Located in a central spot at the company’s AED 4 bn development – or Marina Gate II, the 46-floor new tower comprises a total of 519 residential units, according to the company’s statement on July 1. It boasts one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, half-floor penthouses, waterfront podium villas, and a stunning full-floor penthouse, along with 16 commercial units.

Moreover, Marina Gate II overlooks spectacular views of the marina, golf course, and the city skyline, while featuring luxurious amenities such as a swimming pool, a kids area, a spacious gymnasium, eight high-speed elevators, in addition to a secured parking lot.

“The Residences at Marina Gate II offers residents a curated lifestyle within Dubai Marina. In addition to the development’s design, build quality, efficient floor plans, and luxurious amenities, the ground level retail offers every possible convenience to the residents right at their doorstep,” Select Group’s CEO Rahail Aslam was quoted as saying.

“With the fully-operational King’s College Hospital, Bin Sina Pharmacy, a plethora of renowned food and beverage (F&B) outlets, and the soon-to-be opened Carrefour supermarket, Marina Gate offers the ideal lifestyle for our discerning customers,” Aslam added.

The company’s flagship development, which includes a total built-up area of around 1.35 mn square feet, will have its third and final tower, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, fully delivered by the second quarter of 2020, the statement concluded.
