Selim Holding Strengthens Its Team with New Hires to Lead Hilton Capital project

Selim Holding Group, owner of Al Mirage Developments, has reinforced its leadership team with a series of strategic hires to drive forward its flagship Hilton Capital project in Egypt’s New Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

Dr. Mohamed Selim, Chairman of Selim Holding Group, Member of Parliament, and Deputy for African Affairs, said the appointments reflect the company’s commitment to attracting top expertise from inside and outside Egypt to support its ambitious expansion plans. “Strengthening our team with seasoned professionals is essential to realizing our vision of delivering landmark projects, with Hilton Capital at the forefront,” he noted.

Among the new hires, Mr. Mostafa El-Sayed has joined as Managing Director and official representative of American firm Baker Global in Egypt. Mr. Osama El-Gendy has been appointed Head of the Commercial Sector, bringing over two decades of experience in managing major real estate projects. Mr. Amr El-Marakby will lead the Sales Department, building on his record of driving exceptional results in the real estate market. Meanwhile, expert Tamer Said has been named Marketing Advisor, supporting the company’s strategy in alignment with Hilton Hotels’ global brand standards.

Dr. Selim emphasized that these additions strengthen Al Mirage’s ability to deliver innovative, integrated projects while adopting professional management practices. He added that the company is preparing to roll out new projects in 2025 and 2026, further enhancing its position as one of Egypt’s fastest-growing developers, backed by a favorable investment climate and supportive legislation.

Strategically located on Bin Zayed North Axis, the Hilton Capital project directly overlooks the Green River and enjoys proximity to key destinations including the Ministries District, Misr Mosque, the Gold Market, and the New Capital Airport.

The mixed-use development will feature two Hilton-operated hotels—Hilton Tower and Hilton Global Hotel—alongside retail, administrative, and hospitality units. Facilities will include guest rooms, serviced apartments, sky villas, multipurpose meeting halls, a fitness center, swimming pools, a spa, and premium office spaces, with units ranging from 30 to 95 sqm.

Highlighting its architectural distinction, the Hilton Tower project—designed by architect Mohamed Talaat in partnership with Emirati firm Sendan International—was recently shortlisted for the Best Architectural Design Award in Dubai, positioning it among the region’s most iconic developments.
