Sense Group kicks off the second phase of Sense Mall 1 in the Downtown area in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

Abdel Hamid Abdel Aal, chairman of Sense Group, states that the company targets EGP 150 mn in sales, representing 40% of the total project. He points out that the company offered flexible payment methods for up to 10 years, with 10% down payment.

Sense Mall 1 is a commercial project that covers an area of 17,000 sqm, which is steps away from Al-Massa Hotel, in front of the monorail station, and close to the Mosque of Egypt and the financial and business district.

Abdel Aal notes that the company sold the project’s first phase, accounting for 60% of the project.

Sense Mall 1 consists of a ground and eight floors. Ground to third features commercial activities, while the other five floors will be specialized for administrative activities.

It includes 78 commercial and administrative units, in addition to three basements to provide the largest space for garages. Unit spaces start from 20 sqm without a maximum, to meet all customers’ needs.

Furthermore, the company is currently studying injecting more investments in a residential project in the NAC.
