Sense Group Launches Sense Mall 1 in NAC

Sense Group announces the launch of its first project Sense Mall (1) at downtown, New Administrative Capital (NAC), with an investment cost of EGP 150 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Abdel Hamid Abdel Aal, chairman of the board of directors, reveals that Sense Mall (1) is a commercial administrative project, covering an area of ​​1,700 sqm located in the MU1 area, plot (1/9), which is steps away from Al-Massa Hotel, in front of the monorail station, and close to the Mosque of Egypt and the financial and business district.

Furthermore, Sense Mall (1) consists of a ground and eight floors. Ground to third features commercial activities, while the other five floors will be specialized for administrative activities. Additionally, the selling value of the project is expected to reach EGP 210 mn.

Moreover, the project includes 75 commercial and administrative units, in addition to three basements to provide the largest space for garages. Unit spaces start from 20 sqm without a maximum, to meet all customer needs. Besides, the company provides flexible payment systems for up to 10 years, with a 10% down payment.

In this context, Sense Group has contracted with the Hatem Ghaith Office to work on engineering and construction designs for the Sense Mall (1).

It is worth mentioning that Sense Group plans to implement a series of this type of project during 2021, as negotiations are underway with the New Administrative Capital Company to purchase a number of plots for the implementation of Sense Mall (2) and Sense Mall (3).
