Serac Developments unveils its new project in the Egyptian market, City Hall, with huge Egyptian-Emirati investment, in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is located a few meters away from North Teseen street. It includes 6 separate buildings to offer visitors more open areas and landscaping.

City Hall has a total area of around 16,000 sqm with a built-up area of 40% and a 300-meter façade overlooking the main road.

Each building consists of 5 floors, including a two-floor basement, a ground floor, and two other floors.

Karim Mamoun, CEO of Serac Developments, notes that the City Hall brand will not be limited to the Fifth Settlement District, but it will be implemented in other areas.

He adds that the project features commercial areas ranging from 50 to 1100 sqm and administrative areas spanning from 50 to 500 sqm.

It is worth mentioning that Serac Developments is a joint venture between Egyptian and Emirati businessmen.
