UAE’s property developer Seven Tides will reveal a new residential development at Cityscape Global 2017, Invest-Gate reports.

Located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, the 14-story SE7EN project is made up of 1,066 units including studios as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Buyers can pay 1% to reserve a unit and get a free night’s stay in either Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort or Dukes Dubai.

With sizes ranging between 302 to 1,707 square feet, units are priced at AED 752,000 for studios, AED 1.03 mn for one-bedroom apartments, AED 1.99 mn for two-bedroom apartments, and AED 3.55 mn for three-bedroom apartments.

Construction work on the project started this month and is expected to be completed by December 2019.

Cityscape Global 2017 will be held from September 11 to 13 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
