Several developmental projects are currently being finished and ready for delivery across Sinai, New Valley, Qena, and Aswan as of next month until the first quarter of 2018, Invest-Gate reports.

“The developments in Sinai include forming 21 urban Bedouin communities in valleys of South and North Sinai; and another four are being finalized to include several projects such as residential, agriculture, and electricity,” confirms Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly.

In April, the ministry is to launch another project in the governorate of Qena, including an animal farm productivity and three residential buildings that are to be completed in New Valley at a cost of EGP 15 mn,  according to a released statement.

In the same statement, the ministry confirms the soon-to-be inaugurated developmental projects in Aswan, namely public transportation, five motels, a mosque, and 10 commercial markets at a total cost of EGP 26 mn in addition to a- 100- acre- agriculture farm at a total cost of EGP 32 mn.
