Several construction tenders are to be allocated among contractors within the Egyptian Federation for Construction & Building Contractors across the cities of El Shorouk, New Cairo, and New Beni Suef, Invest-Gate reports.

Approximately six commercial markets will be constructed in New Cairo’s Dar Misr project. Other developments include maintaining roads and greeneries in Banfseg District, and developing irrigation networks on Suez Road, according to a New Urban Communities Authorities (NUCA) statement.

Green landscapes will be developed and maintained in Shorouk City, according to Nour Ismail head of the City’s Authority, highlighting the additional tenders to be offered to remove construction violations made in the city’s second phase.

Beni Suef City will also witness the development of the Beni Suef / Minya regional desert road that extends on 8 km  north of the city.
