The Shaikhani Group unveiled its 2025 development plan in preparation to host Expo 2020, starting with 4 new projects in the coming year, reported Emirates 24/7.
The Group’s development plan over the next 9 years is to pump AED 2 billion ($540 million) into the mid-tier project in Jumeirah Village South, Arjan, and Dubai South, according to Gulf News.
Shaikhani announced the launch of the first phase of a luxurious residential project, Gardenia Residency, located at Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai, an investment of AED 220 million ($60 million), according to Trade Arabia.
The remaining three projects will include the next two phases of Gardenia residency of which one will be a high-rise tower, and the final project will be in Arjan in Dubailand. The company plans to finalize and hand over the new project by 2020.
Construction for Gardenia Residency 1 is underway and expected completion date is June 2018.
The project will house 133 serviced apartments, a combination of studios, loft-style apartments, townhouse, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites.

Shaikhani Group of Companies has recently started handing over the Frankfurt Sports Tower I in Dubai Sports City.
