Signature Homes Development (SHD) participates in the fifth edition of the Nextmove 2022 Exhibition, Invest-Gate reports.

SHD’s pavilion sees a great turnout to book housing units in the NAC, New Cairo, and Sheikh Zayed projects. The company rolls out exclusive offers on meter prices, payment periods and installments during the exhibition period only.

Mostafa El Gallad, chairman of SDH, says, “We target EGP 100 mn sales during the exhibition which is a good opportunity for customers to benefit from presented offers and choose what suits them.”

“Nextmove 2022 seeing a strong turnout as coincides with the summer beginning, the confidence that Informa, Nextmove organizer, has, as well as various presented projects and the annually distinctive organization,” El Gallad believes.

On the other hand, El Gallad expresses his pleasure with the company’s sales in the first six months of 2022 and aims to achieve EGP 2 bn contractual sales by the end of 2022, pointing out that the company is to launch a residential compound in “R7” in the NAC will be announced in the coming weeks.

“SHD achieves great success in STAU compound phase I, which was finished last December and located on ​​68 acres at the “R7″ entrance in the NAC,” El Gallad discloses.
