Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly announced on October 25 that ministry has finalized the central garden in Sheikh Zayed city and is currently being prepared for public opening, Invest-Gate reports.
The garden is built over an area of 65 acres and is a part of a commercial and entertainment area spanning across 143 acres. It will encompass green areas, pedestrian corridors, cycling tracks, restaurants, industrial lakes, and flair fountains, Madbouly noted in an official statement.
Head of Sheikh Zayed Development Authority Mostafa Fahmy revealed that the garden encompasses seven fountains, along with a main restaurant that will be located on a high area to oversee the whole garden.
“It will also have six electronic gates and will be totally secured, while there will be companies handling its maintenance and cleaning,” Fahmy added.
