The UAE’s integrated financial services firm Shuaa Capital unveils plans for a new skyscraper at Cityscape Global 2017, Invest-Gate reports.

Located in the heart of Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road, the Dubawi property will offer views of the Arabian Gulf on one side and the Burj Khalifa on the other.

Dubawi will offer around 500 hotel rooms and serviced apartments, as well as over 500 apartment units and penthouses, a company press statement read.

The development scheme will be managed by Shuaa’s specialized real estate asset management division.
