Hotel management company Rotana and investment manager SHUAA Capital Saudi Arabia (SCSA) announced on October 11 the opening of a new hotel in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh, Invest-Gate reports.

Centro Waha Riyadh Hotel features 290 rooms, studios and hotel suites, all designed and furnished in an elegant, contemporary style, Rotana announced on its website.

The hotel marks the second hospitality project to be developed by the Shari’a-compliant SHUAA Saudi Hospitality Fund I and under the Centro by Rotana brand in the Saudi market.

“Our partnership with Rotana has already proved to be a winning formula and we look forward to building on this success with the opening of more Centro hotels across the Kingdom,” SCSA CEO Omar Al Jaroudi said.
