During a press conference held at its headquarters in Sheikh Zayed, SIAC Real Estate Development, a leading real estate developer and part of SIAC Holding Group, announced the signing of a series of strategic partnerships and memoranda of understanding with a group of leading companies across various sectors, Invest-Gate reports.
The partnerships include Vodafone Egypt, E-Power, Active Brains Consulting Group (ABCG), and SIAC Facilities & Asset Management (Gas), aimed at providing “Rewayah”, the company’s latest project in Sheikh Zayed, with a wide range of high-quality services.
The agreements were signed by Eng. Nehal El-Ebiary, CEO of SIAC Real Estate Development; Eng. Karim Kamel, Head of Fixed Internet and Urban Communities at Vodafone Egypt; Eng. Sherif Ahmed, CEO of SIAC Facilities & Asset Management; Eng. Ahmed Nada, CEO of E-Power; and Dr. Sherif Abdel Baky, Managing Director of ABCG Group.
These agreements with leading companies in telecommunications, engineering consultancy, facilities management, and energy aim to unify efforts and create an integrated real estate ecosystem for “Rewayah”. The project spans 17 feddans with total investments of EGP 5 billion and is strategically located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed on Al-Nuzha Street.
The goal is to establish a benchmark for smart and sustainable integrated real estate developments by combining advanced technology and operational excellence from the earliest stages of development. Leveraging the expertise of each partner, the project aims to deliver an exceptional living experience with high operational efficiency, long term sustainability, and strong investment returns.
Eng. Nehal El-Ebiary emphasized that these partnerships represent a key milestone in SIAC’s journey toward distinction, stating that true innovation lies in integration and collaboration with specialized global leaders. She added that the agreements go beyond service provision, aiming instead to design a fully integrated lifestyle experience from day one.
Eng. Karim Kamel of Vodafone Egypt stated that the company is proud to act as the main technology partner for “Rewayah”, developing a fully integrated digital infrastructure based on high-speed connectivity, smart buildings, and IoT applications. He highlighted that Vodafone’s role extends beyond connectivity to enabling a complete operational ecosystem that enhances energy efficiency, safety, and residents’ quality of life.
In facilities management, SIAC Facilities & Asset Management will oversee post-construction operations to ensure efficient building management, maintenance, and long-term asset value preservation. Eng. Sherif Ahmed noted that their involvement begins at the earliest stages to align operational strategies with the project’s design and technology.
In the energy sector, E-Power will provide integrated electrical infrastructure, including smart distribution and energy management systems. Eng. Ahmed Nada emphasized that reliable and intelligent energy systems are essential for modern urban developments.
Meanwhile, ABCG will oversee construction quality management and ensure all works align with SIAC’s vision, sustainability standards, and international benchmarks. Dr. Sherif Abdel Baky confirmed that the firm’s role is to ensure precision execution that exceeds quality and luxury standards.
The collaboration represents a major step in SIAC’s strategy to fully integrate key operational systems from the outset, positioning “Rewayah” as a model for smart, sustainable real estate developments in West Cairo.
Eng. Mohamed El-Hadidi, Head of Projects at SIAC Real Estate Development, stated that early integration of infrastructure, energy, facilities management, and engineering supervision ensures that “Rewayah” becomes a living model of sustainable smart cities in Egypt.
It is worth noting that construction at “Rewayah” is progressing according to schedule. The project spans 71,000 square meters of built up area and includes a variety of residential units (apartments, duplexes, twin villas) designed by Dar Al Mimar Group (DMA) with European architectural influence, stone facades, and double height luxury entrances.
Approximately 78% of the project is dedicated to open spaces, including shaded seating areas, green landscapes, and diverse amenities. “Rewayah” builds on SIAC’s successful track record, including projects such as October Hills, Tلال El Gezira, The Central, Magra Complex, and Polaris Industrial Complex, reinforcing its role in Egypt’s comprehensive urban development vision.
