Sultans for Investment & Development (SID) presented its strategy in the Egyptian market, aiming to contribute to urban development by establishing and managing strong alliances with distinguished partners to create successful development projects, Invest-Gate reports.
SID revealed the development of their first digitally enhanced project, Crown Central. It is a commercial administrative project that covers an area of 77,000 sqm on the 6th of October City.
This announcement came during a roundtable discussion organized by the company to review its strategy in the Egyptian market, in the presence of Mohamed Sultan, Chairman of SID, Karim Sultan, Board Member and Managing Director of SID, Ahmed Sultan, Board Member and Managing Director of SID.
Mohamed Sultan commented that the company operates as an urban developer with a unique vision that works on establishing and managing strong partnerships with distinguished partners to provide an exceptional real estate product that meets the needs of all customers.
“Indeed, we have succeeded in establishing several alliances where SID for Investment contributed to establishing Invest Mentors for Urban Development. We also participated in establishing Riders Construction as an execution arm, and Sultan Studios as an interior design and landscape arm. These are essential steps in managing strategic partnerships to ensure our joint success in achieving maximum investment returns,” Mohamed added.
Mohamed emphasized that the company aspires to become one of the distinguished developers within Egypt and beyond through its participation and contribution to urban development in Egypt, the Arab region, and Africa, by launching distinctive and sustainable urban development projects.
Mohamed further stated that SID is collaborating with Invest Mentors and Palm Hills Development, the developer and owner of the land, to develop Crown Central.
It is noteworthy that Crown Central aims to represent a successful and modern downtown experience, architecturally and strategically designed to meet families’ daily, weekly, and monthly desires and needs, offering a unique experience for all clients.
Moreover, Crown Central provides an exceptional work experience by creating outdoor spaces and open work areas that offer an outdoor experience.
Notably, Mohamed further emphasized that the company is committed to implementing comprehensive quality, safety, and occupational health principles during the execution phase. In 2023, SID obtained the Environmental Management System certification (14001:2015). This certification is an addition to the company’s international quality, safety, and occupational health certifications.
While in 2022, they received the Comprehensive Quality Management System (9001:2015) and the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Safety Management (45001:2018) certifications from the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) through the largest international accreditation, JAN/ANS. This makes SID one of the few real estate development companies to obtain these certifications successfully.
