Siemens Egypt partners with El Attal Holding and Sigma for smart cities to implement the first residential complex “Parklane” in NAC with artificial intelligence technology, IOT, and Metaverse to reduce operating costs, raise maintenance efficiency, and improve operations performance, Invest-Gate reports.
This partnership aims to create an electronic platform in order to reduce energy consumption, predict malfunctions, and handle operating errors.
The contract is signed to implement the BMS control system for residential and commercial buildings and the SCADA system for the infrastructure to provide the information and data necessary to establish a central control room (IOT), which helps in data and information being analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI).
Moreover, combining Metaverse technology to perform maintenance and remote operation and linking “IOT” with robots in charge of cleaning in the residential complex. Further joint cooperation in electric car chargers and electronic security.
For his part, Siemens Egypt CEO Mostafa El Bagoury says,“We are pleased with this cooperation, which contributes to developing the workers’ skills in the construction sector, real estate development, smart cities, and opening up the construction sector to the latest technological solutions for more efficient and sustainable operating means.”

In a similar vein, Ahmed El-Zayat, chairman of the board of directors of Sigma, says, “The partnership will contribute to creating a new concept for management and operation of residential complexes using AI and Metaverse technology to reduce the costs of energy used in the infrastructure and raise the efficiency of operations.”
