The project’s first phase comprises 1,632 residential units, while the second phase aims to construct 18 blocks and single buildings with a total of 37 buildings that include 1,869 units.
The project includes a handful of services, shops, and malls in the ground and first floors of the buildings, in addition, all housing units are fully finished and furnished with electrical appliances and all necessary facilities.
Besides, a branch of the military’s National Service Projects Organization was established in the city of Bashayer El-Khair 2, which aims at providing residents with all food commodities and home supplies.
