Six shops and a pharmacy in the Al-Majd area in the New Obour City are sold in the first session of the public auction, according to Ahmed Ali, head of the New Obour City Development Authority, Invest-Gate reports.

In this regard, Ali points out that the selling price of the commercial units per square meter ranges from EGP 92,000 to EGP 151,000; meanwhile, the selling price of the pharmacy reaches  EGP 142,250 per square meter.

He remarks that other commercial areas and pharmacies were offered previously in the Al-Majd area, with areas ranging from 20 to 40 sqm, stressing that these projects will contribute to providing other activities; such as supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, and others.

Ali mentions that preparations are underway for the second auction round to be on September 5, 2021. Also, the offering plan will be completed successively to include all parts of the city.

It is noteworthy that 14 commercial units and two pharmacies were previously introduced at two upcoming auction sessions in the New Obour City on August 2, 2021, and September 5, 2021.
