UAE-based property developer Skai Holdings has completed its Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai hotel and residences project two weeks ahead of schedule, reported ME Construction News.
Two weeks ahead of plan, Skai Holdings is to open its latest projects Viceroy Palm Jumeirah to the public in March 2017, according to ME Construction News. The $1.17 bn project is to comprise 477 rooms and suites and 221 units at the Viceroy Residences. Furthermore, amenities include 10 restaurants, a spa, a pool, wellness areas and a kids club.
It is the first Viceroy property in Dubai and the first to offer a unique investment model, mixing hospitality with real estate by making hotel rooms available for purchase as a property investment.
