Sky Abu Dhabi Developments is set to reveal exclusive offers and surprises at Egypt’s 12th Cityscape exhibition from September 20 to 23, aiming to achieve robust sales through customer-centered products, Invest-Gate reports.

The company’s pavilion will debut “One Residence,” the new phase of Capital Avenue in New Cairo. The project features 50 finished units from 70-130 sqm, designed by Eklego and overlooking gardens.

One Residence offers unparalleled advantages like a prime location near the university and banking district landmarks. Units can be delivered fully furnished for easy move-in, plus concierge services. Sky Abu Dhabi is also pitching a 10% down payment for the residences with seven-year instalments.

Capital Avenue, the flagship R8 project, was recently honored as the top MENA development. Spanning 21,000 sqm, the mixed-use oasis overlooks the diplomatic and tourist precincts. First handovers are slated for Q3 2025, with Capital Avenue units available on eight-year instalment plans with 11% down.

CEO Abdul Rahman Agami said the firm aims to study opportunities meeting emerging customer aspirations with tech-savvy communities. The offerings reflect Egypt’s growing investment climate and job creation.

Commercial chief Mustafa Salah credited the developer’s unique urban vision for fueling 2023 sales. Sky Abu Dhabi is launching more diverse real estate over the coming period to build trust in the burgeoning local market.
