Sky Abu Dhabi Developments, the real estate arm of UAE’s Diamond Group, saw sales of EGP 600 mn from 80 units over four days at Cityscape Egypt 2023, one of the country’s largest property shows, Invest-Gate reports.
Sky Abu Dhabi’s pavilion offered units across projects including Capital Avenue, One Residence, and Bluetree. It was able to launch the latest Capital Avenue phase, One Residence, featuring 50 finished apartments starting from 70-130 sqm.
One Residence offers advantages like proximity to major New Administrative Capital landmarks and green spaces. It caters to students and professionals drawn to banks and firms relocating there.
Capital Avenue is a landmark mixed-use project near diplomatic and tourist districts. Its units are due in 2025.
Sky Abu Dhabi also saw strong pre-sales for Bluetree —Africa Property Award’s 2023 best over-20-unit residential development. Launched in January, it exceeded EGP 1 bn in half a year.
Located on 50 acres in New Cairo, the project applies environmental standards with buildings covering 19% of the land. Its 1,300 units are slated for completion in 2027.
Cityscape Egypt 2023 Exhibition, held under the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities auspices, kicked off on September 20, 2023.
The 12th edition is organized by Informa Markets, a global leader in exhibition management, and will run until September 23 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo.
