Egypt-based Sky Bridge Development announced that it will launch the second phase of its flagship Jebal El Sokhna Resort in the Red Sea port of Ain Sokhna, on the sidelines of TREEX real estate exhibition in Sharjah, UAE, Invest-Gate reports.

Head of Sales and Indirect Channel at Jebal El Sokhna Resort Yehia Salama tells Invest-Gate that the company has finalized selling the first phase of the project, while the second phase is set to kick off during the property show.

TREEX, Thiqa Real Estate Expo, will be held in Expo Centre Sharjah from December 13-16 and will host at least 30 Egyptian exhibitors, including investment, marketing, and finance companies, as well as banks.

Jebal El Sokhna Resort is spanning over 70 acres in Ain Sokhna, encompassing units of varying modules, including chalets, townhouses, and independent villas – with sizes ranging from 90 to 400 square meters.

Salama points out that the project’s built-up area does not exceed 20% of the total project’s size, while the remaining 80% is allocated for gardens, corridors, roads, swimming pools, and lakes; in addition to a beach area covering 16,000 square meters.

The official notes that the development is 60 minutes away from Cairo, in which it is 127 kilometers away from Cairo and 70 kilometers from the New Administrative Capital (NAC), adding that the project will be developed over four phases.

A group of Egyptian and Portuguese consultants has collaborated in designing Jebal El Sokhna Resort – which includes a hotel, club, business center, waterfront restaurant, children entertainment area, health services area, swimming pools, amongst other services and amenities.
