Skywalk Developments has made debut with its first integrated project in the 6th of October City, west Cairo, with investments exceeding EGP 8 bn, Invest-Gate reports.
The mixed-use development, dubbed “Skywalk,” spans across 280,000 square meters, while being strategically located on the intersection of the 26th of July Corridor and the Desert Road and in close proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and Sphinx International Airport.
Khaled Rasekh, CEO of Skywalk, noted that the project is being established in partnership with a number of top Arab and foreign investors, according to a press release published on February 9.
The reservation for the first phase of the administrative buildings, “Business Park,” has been recently opened, he added, referring to the shift this park will make to the concept of smart communities, Rasekh elucidated.
He further noted that clients will relish a variety of unprecedented facilities services, namely a hotel managed by an international hospitality management company, luxury restaurants, and a spa and wellness resort, in addition to a substantial package of entertainment outlets and shopping centers.
