Slvr Communities has officially entered Egypt’s real estate market, announcing an ambitious EGP 30 bn investment plan over the next five years, Invest-Gate reports. The strategy reflects the company’s financial strength and industry expertise, reinforcing its commitment to impactful growth.

Ahmed El-Sweisy, Chairman of Slvr Communities, emphasized the opportunities created by Egypt’s urban development plans, which have attracted strong real estate players. “Believing in the Egyptian government’s vision, we established Slvr Communities to contribute to this transformation. Our aim is to develop integrated projects that complement state initiatives while meeting the needs of customers in both residential and investment sectors,” he said.

The company’s first project, RVR, is located in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo, overlooking Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. Spanning 2,000 sqm, it is a commercial and medical complex with a ground floor and four additional floors.

Mohamed Sabea, Chief Commercial Officer of Slvr Communities, highlighted the strategic location of RVR, aiming to introduce a distinctive real estate model in the area.

Mohamed Hafez, Chairman of Hafez Consultants, noted that his firm selects projects that align with its architectural and engineering standards. “RVR’s prime location allows us to craft an innovative and unique design,” he said.

Mohamed Hesham, Country Director of Facilities and Operations at EHFS, emphasized that collaborating with Slvr Communities enhances their portfolio, ensuring harmony between architectural consultancy and facilities management while maintaining the project’s innovative vision.

Egyptian singer Mohamed Noor became one of the first investors in RVR, citing the project’s strategic location, modern design, and strong financial backing. “I am proud to invest in RVR. It is a promising opportunity in a prime New Cairo location, and the Slvr Communities team has the expertise and vision to deliver,” he said.

With its strong financial backing and strategic partnerships, Slvr Communities aims to leave a lasting mark on Egypt’s real estate sector, beginning with the RVR project in New Cairo.
