Sobha Group, a Dubai-based real estate developer, unveiled its Vaastu-inspired homes at its $4 billion Sobha Hartland community at the Dubai Water Canal, according to Trade Arabia.

The Vaastu homes at Hartland will include Hartland Estates, consisting of The Vaastu Villas, Hartland Greens and The Vaastu Apartments. The villas and apartments are based on the ancient Indian architectural philosophy of Vaastu Shastra.

The Sobha Hartland project will include studios, apartments and villas on 8 million square feet in Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, including a wide range of amneties such as international schools, sports facilities and green spaces.

Completion of the Vaastu Apartments is expected by December 2017, while the Hartland Estates — The Vaastu Villas Phase One is expected to deliver units by December 2018.
