UAE developer, Sobha Group, launches new collection of villas at its Hartland Estates project in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.
Surrounded by 2.4 mn square foot of green areas, the Hartland Estates Forest Villas are located close to the new Dubai Water Canal.
“The L-shaped villas come with four and five bedrooms, as well as a courtyard, a backyard, and a private swimming pool,” Sobha says.
The villas are located within the- 8 mn- square- foot- USD 4 bn- Sobha Hartland project.
