Dubai-based Sobha Realty has successfully launched the second building of its twin-tower residential project, Creek Vistas, at Sobha Hartland in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, Invest-Gate reports.

The newly launched Creek Vistas Tower B will comprise 390 housing units, along with one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 493 to 899 square feet, while offering scenic views of Dubai Creek, Downtown Dubai, among other iconic landmarks, according to a company statement on March 25.

Works at the project are scheduled to be finalized during the third quarter of 2021, the company stated, noting that Creek Vistas marks part of its flagship project Sobha Hartland community – an 8 mn square feet development that encompasses a large number of luxury apartments, villas, and townhouses.

The company noted that following an east-west orientation of the tower, the 28-story towers will rest on a two-level podium.

“The project is envisioned as a tranquil getaway from urban life, with 30% of the land bank dedicated to green open spaces,” read the statement.

On his part, Francis Alfred, CEO of Sobha Realty says, “The launch of the second residential tower reinforces our commitment to creating spaces that positively shape human lives and re-imagine urban communities.”

Following the remarkable success registered in the first tower’s units’ sales, Tower B’s apartments will be offered at various price starting from AED 820,000, with eased payment plans and special promotional offers.
