Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) and Construction and Design (CONSTEC) inked on April 20 an EGP 210 mn construction contract for a residential project within SODIC West compound in Sheikh Zayed city, west Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Construction works at the project’s site will commence during the current month, CONSTEC said in a press statement on April 13.

The scope of work includes the construction of seven residential buildings, housing a total of 112 units over 27,000 square meters, General Manager of SODIC Ashraf Abdel Hakam revealed, confirming that the project would be completed over a 24-month period.

CONSTEC will be carrying out the new project’s concrete works, buildings construction, exterior finishes, and general site work.

Other SODIC projects being executed by CONSTEC include October Plaza in 6th of October City, Block 34 and Villette in New Cairo, and the final phase of Caesar Valley in the North Coast, Abdel Hakam added.
