SODIC, Egypt’s leading real estate developer, is proud to announce the early delivery of the first homes at June, its Miami-inspired vibrant beachfront destination on the North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.
The milestone reinforces SODIC’s longstanding track record of delivering ahead of schedule and reflects its unwavering commitment to quality and timely delivery across its developments.
Inspired by Miami’s iconic aesthetic, June is more than just a summer destination, it’s a bold reimagining of coastal living in Egypt. With its art-deco architecture, lifestyle-centered design, and global partnerships, June emerges as a next-generation coastal town shaped by creativity, connection, and a seamless living experience.
As June comes to life, the destination is poised to unveil a series of high-profile openings that embody its bold, lifestyle-driven vision. Among the highlights is the Surf Club, the renowned Dubai-based beachfront venue, which will debut in Egypt for the first time, adding its signature energy and elevated beach experience in June. Adding to the culinary landscape, Cavalariça, the Michelin-recognized restaurant in Portugal, which also holds One Star from Spain’s Guia Repsol, will open its first international location at the development. In addition, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott International, Inc. is set to open, reinforcing June’s appeal as a complete hospitality destination.
Ayman Amer, General Manager of SODIC, commented, “Delivering June ahead of schedule is not just about delivering homes — it’s about delivering on our promise to create something truly different on the North Coast. June brings a fresh, modern take on coastal living, shaped by thoughtful design and world-class experiences.”
This summer, SODIC is delivering 204 homes across two neighborhoods, with additional handovers planned through year-end, underscoring SODIC’s consistent track record of timely delivery, reliability, and excellence.
It is worth noting that SODIC has recently also delivered the first homes at VYE in New Zayed six months ahead of schedule, further reinforcing its nearly three-decade track record of timely execution.
